Hills run in our blood
A small team of travellers who fell hard for the mountains — and never wanted to stop sharing them.
"We have handpicked off-beat unique stays — a collection for curious travellers."
That sentence has been our compass for everything Broz Stays does. Every property in our collection is chosen the same way: we visit, we stay, we eat with the hosts, and only then do we list it.

How Broz Stays came to be
It started as a road trip. A few friends, a beaten-up SUV, no plan beyond the next bend in the Himalayan foothills. Somewhere between a tea estate guesthouse in Mirik and a Lepcha family's wooden home in Aritar, we realised something: the best places in these hills don't have websites.
So we started keeping a list. The list became a notebook. The notebook became a spreadsheet. And eventually, in 2024, the spreadsheet became Broz Stays — a curated collection of the off-beat homestays, cottages, and villas we'd fallen in love with across North Bengal and Sikkim.
We're not a booking platform. We're a small team that vouches personally for every property on our list. If we wouldn't send our own family there, it doesn't make the cut.
Our values
Off-beat, not Off-grid
We love the quiet places — but our stays are still comfortable, well-connected, and easy to reach. Adventure without the rough edges.
Hosts over Hotels
We work directly with families who own these homes. No middlemen, no commissions to OTAs eating into local pockets.
Slow, Honest Travel
We don't sell quick weekends and packed itineraries. We sell long mornings, slow walks, and unhurried conversations.
