Does your place fit?
We are not looking for luxury. We are looking for honest, comfortable, well-kept places with someone who cares about the people staying in them.
- A home, cottage, farmstay or small resort you own or manage
- Clean rooms with running hot water and a working bathroom
- Someone on site who can host — the family, a manager, anyone who cares
- Mobile signal or a landline within reach, so a guest can be reached
- Home food, or a kitchen that can cook for guests
- Somewhere worth walking to — a view, a river, a forest, a monastery, a plantation
Send it anyway. We look at everything that comes in, and if it is not right for us we will say so plainly — often with a suggestion of who it is right for. Or just message us on WhatsApp.
The things hosts always ask
What does it cost to list?
Nothing. We earn a share only on the bookings we bring you, agreed in writing before you go live. If we send you no guests, you owe us nothing.
Do I have to give you all my rooms?
No. Many of our hosts keep rooms back for their own regulars. Tell us what to sell and we sell only that.
Can I stay on other platforms too?
Yes. There is no exclusivity. We only ask that you keep us posted on availability so a guest is never sent to a full house.
My place is not finished yet.
Write in anyway. We would rather see it half-built and advise on what guests will ask for than arrive after the tiling is done.
How do guests pay?
Usually an advance to us and the balance to you on arrival, though it varies by property. We agree the split before your first booking.
