Property visits are not a perk with a catch — you stay in the homes, eat with the families and come back with an opinion we act on.

We do not write copy we cannot stand behind, and we do not sell a stay we would not send our own family to. Same rule internally.

The voice on the other end of the WhatsApp. You plan trips with guests, answer the hard questions honestly, and stay with them from first message to checkout.
- Answer enquiries across WhatsApp, phone and email — fast, and in plain language
- Match travellers to the right property instead of the most expensive one
- Hold bookings together: dates, payments, directions, special requests
- Be reachable when a guest is mid-journey and something has gone sideways
- Fluent English plus Bengali or Hindi; Nepali is a bonus
- Has travelled in the hills and can tell Lataguri from Lava
- Writes clearly and does not disappear mid-conversation

The reason we can say every property is visited. You find the homes worth listing, stay in them, and bring back everything needed to sell them properly.
- Scout homestays, cottages and small resorts across the hills and the Dooars
- Stay overnight, eat the food, check the bathrooms, meet the family
- Agree pricing and terms with hosts, and keep those relationships warm
- Hand over photos, room details and honest notes for the listing page
- Happy to be away from home most of the week
- Can hold a straight conversation about money with a host
- Rides or drives, and reads a hill road for what it is

- Write property pages, journal posts and destination guides
- Shoot and edit reels on property visits — phone-first, no crew
- Run the Instagram grid and stories, and reply to the DMs
- Keep the tone honest: no stock photos, no travel-brochure adjectives
- A portfolio — writing, photos or reels; polish matters less than voice
- Basic editing on your phone or laptop
- Willing to travel a few days a month

The way most people join us. Learn the whole business from the inside — listings, guests, hosts, everything — and end up running a piece of it.
- Keep listings, photos and availability accurate in the admin panel
- Help handle enquiries during busy weeks
- Chase the small things nobody else has time for
- Come along on property visits and write up what you saw
- Organised, and asks when unsure rather than guessing
- Comfortable with a laptop, a spreadsheet and a phone camera
- Available at least three days a week
